The home offers two comfortable bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a pull-out couch, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchen with an induction hob, oven, and dishwasher, and a spacious terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor shower. Reservations and Payments:
The reservation is confirmed upon payment of a deposit amounting to 30% of the total rental amount. The remaining amount must be paid no later than on the day of arrival.
Cancellations:
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is refunded. Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out is until 10:00 AM.
House Rules:
Smoking is prohibited in the mobile home. Pets are not allowed without prior arrangement. Please respect the peace and quiet of the surroundings between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Guest Responsibilities:
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the equipment and inventory of the mobile home. Please leave the home in the condition you found it upon departure.
Additional Services:
Use of bed linen and towels is included in the rental price. Use of the SUP is included in the price but at your own risk.
Cancellation of Reservation by Owner:
In case of unforeseen circumstances, the owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation with a full refund of the amount paid.
Privacy and Data Protection:
Guest personal data will be used solely for the purpose of the reservation and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
